SAILING CAMP

• 5 to 17 years •

Sailing camps offer an opportunity to discover the sport of sailing in a safe, supervised and stimulating environment. The emphasis is on fun on the water, water safety and the development of navigation skills, based on the CanSail program of the Canadian Sailing Federation. While sailing activities are prioritized throughout the week, the program also includes fun activities such as kayaking, paddleboarding or beach games, to ensure that your little ones won’t get bored. Our programs enable youngsters to acquire essential knowledge such as the principles of sailing, including wind and weather theory, rigging, knots, boat handling and navigation on age-appropriate boats.

Did you know?

Did you know that the Quebec government offers a beneficial program to alleviate the costs of day camps for your children? The Childcare Expense Tax Credit Program, commonly known as T24, allows parents to benefit from a tax credit for childcare expenses incurred during the summer period.

This program is excellent news for families considering joining us for our sailing camps. By enrolling your child in our camp, not only will they enjoy a rewarding and entertaining experience, but you could also benefit from significant cost reduction through T24.

The activities offered by our sailing camp are eligible for T24, meaning that registration fees can be deducted from your taxable income, thereby reducing the total amount you have to pay. It’s a fantastic opportunity to allow your child to discover the world of sailing while optimizing your family finances.

Feel free to consult the details and specific conditions of the T24 Program on the official website of the Quebec government. We are here to help you maximize the benefits of this program and make this sailing experience as accessible as possible for your family.
