The 12-hour introductory course to light sailing on a catamaran represents an exceptional opportunity to develop basic sailing skills. As light sailing, especially on a catamaran, is more reactive than cruising sailing, the participant is encouraged to understand the subtleties of the sport of sailing and to react more quickly to maneuvers. The aim of this course is to enable participants with no previous sailing experience to achieve a safe level of autonomy on the water and, in most cases, to be able to rent a boat from the yacht club.<\/p>\n
