Come and enjoy all the benefits of yoga combined with Stand-Up Paddle! Our SUP Yoga classes are a unique combination of yoga and paddleboarding, and represent a complete workout that strengthens the body’s muscles while improving balance and stability. Designed to be both a stimulating and rejuvenating experience, our classes are suitable for all levels of experience.

Without SUP rental: $22.50+tx / person
With SUP rental: $32.50+tx / person

INSTRUCTIONS
Classes last 1h15 and start as a group with the SUP Yoga teacher. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of the class to check in at the club reception desk and pay the balance of your course. At that time, we’ll provide you with the anchors you need to stabilize yourself during the activity.
Classes generally take place in the yacht club’s bay, offering calm, shallow waters suitable for all skill levels, whether you’re a novice or a seasoned yogi. You can bring your own equipment or rent it when you book. Check our calendar now and reserve your place for this wellness experience!
